This page explains when and how you can withdraw from an order.
Who the right of withdrawal applies to
If you live in the EU or in Liechtenstein and buy from us as a private individual, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Swiss law has no general right of withdrawal for online purchases. For customers in Switzerland the rules under Shipping & returns apply.
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
For wall calendars and prints, the period starts on the day on which you, or a person you name who is not the carrier, receive the goods. If several products of one order arrive separately, the day the last one arrives counts. For digital products the period starts when the contract is concluded, that is as soon as your payment succeeds.
How to withdraw
Tell us about your decision with a clear statement, most simply by email to hello@pixelsandtravels.com or through the contact form. Include your name, your order reference and what you are withdrawing from. You can use the model form below for this, but you do not have to.
You meet the deadline if you send your statement before the 14 days have passed.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard shipping. If you chose express shipping, we only refund what standard shipping would have cost. We pay you back no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the payment method you paid with, unless we agree otherwise with you. We charge no fees for this.
For wall calendars and prints we may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us or you have shown that you sent them, whichever happens first.
Send the goods back no later than 14 days after your withdrawal, to the address we give you in reply to it. You meet the deadline if you send them before the 14 days have passed. You bear the direct cost of returning them.
You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if it results from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Digital products: For presets to download, the right of withdrawal ends as soon as we have started to provide them, if you expressly agreed beforehand that we deliver before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent at checkout by ticking the box for it before you pay. We confirm it in the order confirmation we email you. If you did not agree in this way, you keep the right of withdrawal even after the download.
Personalised goods: There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly tailored to you personally, for example with your own photo or text. We do not currently offer such products. Our wall calendars and prints show our own motifs in sizes and materials that you choose from our range. The right of withdrawal therefore applies to them as described above.
