Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date, page requested, browser type) is stored in server log files. This data serves only the secure operation of the website.

Newsletter (Kit)

For our newsletter we use the service Kit (ConvertKit LLC, USA). Your email address is stored only after confirmation (double opt-in) and used solely to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe with one click in every email.

Payment processing

Purchases in our shop are handled by the payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.). Your payment data is captured directly by Stripe. We never receive card details, only the confirmation that a payment was made.

Maps (OpenStreetMap)

On some pages we embed map material from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

To fund this site we use Google AdSense, a service of Google Ireland Limited. AdSense uses cookies to serve ads and measure their performance. In the process, data such as your shortened IP address and your usage behaviour may be transmitted to Google, possibly also to the USA.

We set these cookies only after you have explicitly agreed via our consent banner. Before that, no AdSense script is loaded and no ads are shown. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the stored choice in your browser. You can find more information in Google's privacy notices.
